Blackpool's biggest concern is over striker Lomana LuaLua, who is struggling with a hamstring problem.

Robert Harris and Danny Wilson could keep their places in defence and Elliot Grandin may play despite talks of a move to France.

Sheffield Wednesday could be missing up to five defensive players.

Miguel Llera (ineligible), Daniel Jones (calf) and Rob Jones (ankle) are doubts with Reda Johnson (back) and Julian Bennett (shoulder) major doubts.

Head-to-head

• Sheffield Wednesday have won 39 and lost 24 of 77 previous competitive matches against Blackpool.

• Wednesday needed penalties to defeat Blackpool in the Carling Cup in August when Blackpool's Ashley Eastham was sent off. That tie was goalless after extra time and took the Owls' unbeaten sequence against Blackpool to five (W3, D2).

• Blackpool's journey to winning the FA Cup for the one and only time in their history began with a 2-1 win over Wednesday at Hillsborough in the third round in January 1953. The Seasiders lost their only previous meeting in the competition 4-1, also at Hillsborough, and in the third round, in January 1947.

Blackpool

• The Seasiders have not qualified for the fifth round in 22 years.

• The 5-1 victory over Fleetwood in the Fylde coast derby ended Blackpool's five-match losing streak in the FA Cup, and avoided a 100th match defeat in the competition.

• Ian Holloway's men have won three and drawn one of their last four in all competitions, and have lost one of nine matches since the beginning of December.

Sheffield Wednesday

• Gary Megson's side qualified for the fifth round for the first time in 11 years last season.

• The Owls, who won the cup for the third and most recent time in 1935, are hoping to claim successive Championship scalps, having dismissed West Ham 1-0 in the third round at Hillsborough.

• Wednesday have avoided defeat in 13 of their last 15 league and cup outings, and have also won three of the last four FA Cup matches they have played way from home.
