Mark Hughes will be seeking his first win as QPR manager in his maiden clash at Loftus Road when his side look to end their FA Cup hoodoo against MK Dons on Tuesday night.
The two sides drew 1-1 in their original third round tie to set up a replay in West London, with Heidar Helguson notching a last-gasp equaliser at stadium:mk to spare the Premier League side's blushes.
League One high-fliers the Dons had looked on course for an upset until that leveller and will be hoping to overthrow Hughes' men on Tuesday.
The new boss will look to steer Rangers to a first FA Cup victory in 11 years, with the Rs having not won in 16 matches in the competition.
His first match in charge of the Londoners ended in defeat, with Newcastle grinding out a 1-0 Premier League victory at St James' Park on Sunday.
That result took QPR's winless streak to 10 games in all competitions, a run Hughes will be keen to address against opposition 31 places lower than them in the standings.
Karl Robinson's Dons, meanwhile, have not lost away from home since October and are looking to qualify for the last 32 for the first time since moving to Milton Keynes in 2004.
Should they cause an upset on Tuesday night they will host top-flight heavyweights Chelsea in the fourth round on January 28th.
