MATCH FACTS

Head-to-head

• Leicester have won 22 of the 55 league matches against Bristol City, who have prevailed in 17.

• Bristol City won the reverse fixture 2-1, and although they have lost only one of the last six league games against the Foxes, they have only completed the double over them twice previously, in the 1901/02 and 1914/15 second tier campaigns.

• Exactly 150 goals have been scored in competitive matches between these clubs.

Bristol City

McInnes bullish on City survival

• The Robins are immediately above the relegation zone with a three point cushion, having lost three in a row, and picked up just one point in seven outings.

• Their return of 28 goals scored in 34 matches is the poorest in the Championship (0.82 goals per game).

• Under Derek McInnes, Bristol City have won seven, drawn four and lost 11 league games.

Leicester City

• The mid-table Foxes are vying for a fourth successive victory in all competitions.

• Having beaten Derby away and Coventry at home, Leicester are now searching for three Championship wins in a row for the first time in over a year.

• They are also hoping to complete three consecutive clean sheets for the first time in five months.
