Doncaster Rovers defender Tommy Spurr is set to face Millwall despite needing an operation on a broken hand.

Centre-half Shelton Martis is an injury doubt, having returned in Saturday's loss to Derby only to come off with a sore hamstring and calf.

Millwall will check on the fitness of skipper Paul Robinson, who suffered an ankle knock on Saturday.

Midfielder Liam Trotter will miss out with a thigh injury which is expected to sideline him for another fortnight.
MATCH FACTS

Head-to-head

• This is the 25th league and cup clash. Millwall have won 10 of the previous 24, Doncaster eight, with six drawn, and 29 goals scored by each.

• Millwall are hoping to complete a hat-trick of victories over Rovers, and a third double against them, and first since 1985.

• The South Yorkshire club have notched just one home victory over Millwall in 30 years.

Doncaster Rovers

• Derby ended Doncaster's five-match unbeaten run with a 2-1 defeat on Saturday.

• Next-to-bottom Rovers, four points from safety, go into their third consecutive home fixture looking for only their second win in 11 Championship outings.

• Dean Saunders will be trying to inspire his side to a first home league win in seven, and only their fifth of the entire campaign at the Keepmoat.

Millwall

• The Lions are four places better off, and six points above the relegation zone. They go to South Yorkshire having surrendered a 2-1 lead to lose 3-2 to table toppers Southampton on Saturday.

• This is Millwall's 800th away fixture in second level league football. They will not be wanting it to be their 400th defeat.

• Kenny Jackett's men have already notched four home wins against the five clubs beneath them in the table, but they are still to gain an away point against any one of them.
